At New ERA Scrubs, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your needs. While all sales are final, we offer exceptions for defective items or sizing exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging.

Defective Items

If your item is defective, you may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. To qualify:

  • Once approved, we will issue a refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Items That Do Not Fit

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. If your item does not fit, you may request a replacement in a different size. Please note:

  • The original item must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered).
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will promptly send the replacement.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
